About Functional Hybrid Materials Research Group:

We have been working in the area of new multifunctional hybrid materials including metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), coordination polymers (CP) and metal-organic gels (MOGs) for energy storage and energy conversion applications. In addition, catalysis has been another core area of our interest. These catalysts/materials are developed through rational designs for strategic applications. We are also involved in integrating MOF/MOG based catalyst with electrospun fibers to render hybrid catalysts with balanced porosity, surface area and catalytic site for efficient energy applications.
